A no-pressure 30-minute virtual session where we talk through your brand goals, struggles, and ideas. Come as you are — I’ll bring strategy, questions, and clarity. You’ll leave with a direction, whether we work together or not.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy To secure your session or service, payment is due in full at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details, prep steps, and a calendar invite within 24 hours. Please come to your session prepared with any necessary content, inspiration, or logins. This helps us maximize every minute together. For Website in a Week™ and Branding Packages: All required content, images, and brand materials must be submitted before the project start date. If materials are not received on time, your project may be rescheduled or delayed. ❌ Cancellation + Reschedule Policy Life happens — I get it! But please respect my time the same way I respect yours. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. You may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given 48 hours in advance. 🕒 Late Arrivals I offer a 10-minute grace period for all sessions. After 10 minutes, your time will be reduced accordingly. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued. ✨ Waitlist Policy If a service, session, or program is fully booked, you can join the waitlist to be notified of cancellations or next openings. Waitlist clients will be contacted in the order they joined. You’ll have 24 hours to respond once an opening becomes available. To officially reserve the spot, payment must be made in full within that timeframe.
