TERMS & CONDITIONS
Whooann Creative Studio reserves the right to display completed and publicly launched client work for portfolio, marketing, educational, social media, presentation, speaking, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before project completion.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, strategy sessions, digital products, retainers, workshops, trainings, or custom creative services unless a written agreement states otherwise.
All contracted work must follow agreed payment schedules, project timelines, and deliverable expectations outlined in the client agreement before project completion or transfer of ownership.
